We're an independent brokerage looking for licensed life and final-expense agents. We'll be plain about the deal: it's an independent contract with no captive strings, leads come through the platform, and the book you build is yours to keep. Here's exactly what that means.
Independent contractor
You write as a 1099 independent broker, not an employee. You set your own hours and run your own practice. We provide the platform and the pipeline, not a time clock.
No captive agreement
You are never locked to a single carrier or to us. No non-compete that traps your license. Write our contracts alongside whatever else you already carry.
Leads through the platform
Qualified, consented leads are routed to you through our system based on your licensed states and capacity. No cold-buying lists, no forced lead purchases as a condition of the contract.
You keep your own book
The clients you write are yours. Your book of business belongs to you and follows you. We don't hold your renewals hostage to keep you here.
What we ask in return: an active life insurance license (or the drive to get one), a resident state, and that you treat our veteran and family clients the way you'd want your own family treated.
